After completing her Bachelor of Arts in Humanities at York University, Trisha went on to become a worker for Homeless Youth, a Family Advocate, a Palliative Hospice volunteer then a Bereavement Services co-ordinator for a local Hospice. She has over 15 years of clinical social work experience. She is a sensitive, giving counselor who strives to be authentic with her clients.

Also a Reiki Practitioner and creative artist, Trisha uses both of these modalities to assist the healing process.
