Scott Campbell is the founder and president of Personalities At Work, a Toronto-based leadership development firm. He is an accomplished speaker, author, and consultant, and has been a Keynote presenter at numerous conferences and learning events throughout North America.

Scott possesses an MDiv from Tyndale Seminary and pastored two fundamentalist Baptist churches in Toronto between 1984 and 1994. In the mid-1990s, Scott underwent a re-examination of his beliefs, ultimately resulting in his becoming an atheist. Through his blog, The Former Fundie, Scott promotes naturalism and critical thinking and offers his insight into the dangers of dogma and fundamentalism.
