Felicia has been a Unitarian Universalist parish minister since 2002, serving churches in the US and Canada. She was Minister of the Unitarian Universalist Church of Stillwater, Oklahoma (2002-2005) then served as Interim Minister of Pastoral Care at All Souls Unitarian Church in Tulsa (2005-2006). Prior to her current position as Interim Minister at the Unitarian Fellowship of London, she served as Interim at the First Unitarian Congregation of Waterloo (2006-2008). She received a Master of Divinity from the University of Winnipeg in 2001.

Felicia’s prior career was as a symphony violinist and music teacher. She played in the Thunder Bay Symphony Orchestra from 1988-1999 and taught in the public and separate schools as well as in her home studio. Her music degrees are from the Manhattan School of Music and the City University of New York. She is originally from Connecticut.
