You can qualify for special conference room rates either by reserving by phone or by booking on-line. Please note that you must make room reservations yourself – the CCPC cannot do this on your behalf. Similarly, any change to your reservation has to be made directly with the hotel’s Reservations Department.

From the list on the left, Click on RESERVATIONS.
1. In the main portion of the window, verify that the Destination says “TORONTO DON VALLEY”. Then, in the Travel Dates and Traveller Information section, enter the check-in date, the number of nights, and any preferences you wish.
2. Next, go to the next section below titled “Corporate, Group, & TATA Identification” and click on the + sign in the circle to the left of the title. This will expand the section to show two additional options.
3. Ignore the first one, but in the field called “Group Booking Code”, enter CCP
4. Finally, at the bottom right of the page, click on CHECK AVAILABILTY. In the new window you’ll see the two double bed non-smoking room option at the conference rate of $109 CAD above which you’ll see “CCPC EXPLORE THE ELE“. To book your room, click on the Reserve button just to the right.
HINT:
Before booking, you could try deleting the CCP code you entered and then check the availability for rooms being offered to ordinary visitors. Sometimes, hotels offer on-line only deals or early booking and other discounts. So you may find an even more attractive rate or a different room set-up that you might prefer. Check it out!
